           Hill Voice is the official college publication of Capiz State University- Tapaz Satellite College. It is published annually by the students composing its editorial board. This publication provides regular updates on CapSU Tapaz programs, development, and events as the university's pillar for quality service delivery of excellent tertiary education for teacher education, secondary education with concentration in Mathematics and agriculture programs.
