Future Leaders of the Philippines-Grand Rally and Election 2018 by Bernadette Clarrisse J. San Felix

The most important character that a leader should have is confidence and a sense of responsibility. Such characters were displayed as Capiz State University Tapaz Satellite College held its Future Leaders of the Philippines Grand Rally and Election. The grand rally took place last June 2018 at CapSU Tapaz Covered Gym. The program started at exactly 1 o'clock in the afternoon and was hosted by Ms. Mary Rose Gimoto, FLP President for A.Y. 2017-2018. Different speeches were given and platforms were presented. It was an automatic win for Ms. Rubhy Ann Gagarin's (Aspiring FLP President) team for they had no competitor but they made sure that the students understood their motives and have proven themselves worthy for the positions. There were questions raised during the open forum to which the candidates answered with confidence and clarity. Mr. Merlito Flagne, adviser of the FLP CapSU-Tapaz gave his closing remarks which then gave way for the voting period to begin. Each student made their way to the respective voting rooms that were assigned to them. It was after the votation and vote counting that the declaration and formal announcement of the newly elected FLP Officers for A.Y. 2018-2019, was made.
