A Woman of Persistence by Judy Ann G. Garbo and Wenifredo C. Galagate

"No one can make you successful, the will to success comes from within." That's what a 28-year old adviser of BSA-1B from Capiz State University-Tapaz Satellite Campus, Mrs. Ainy Gardose Layes, does on how to keep track of her life by a quote. Her long range objectives in life are to develop a career plan, learn new skills and know the technological changes, have a permanent position, gain more knowledge and to improve her communication skills.

She was born on December 21, 1990. A native of Municipality of Jamindan, Capiz. She graduated her elementary at Esperanza Elementary School in Pangabuan, Jamindan, Capiz. She finished her secondary at Jagnaya National High School in Jagnaya, Jamindan. With the support and assistance from her family, she continued her tertiary education at CapSU - Burias, Mambusao, Capiz. She took up Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Minor in Crop Science and Major in Animal Science. Because of her perseverance and persistency, she finished her Master's Degree at CapSU - Burias Graduate School at Pob. Mambusao, Capiz. She took up Master of Science in Animal Science Minor in Agronomy and Major in Animal Science. Throughout her journey, the education is one of the characters that plays a vital role in her successful life that improved her technical skills, communication skills that maintains her career opportunities.

During her college days, she was a member of Pangahaw Performing Arts. Modeling was also her passion. She was a Queen for Mr. and Ms. Christmas 2016. Behind all her success and achievements in life, she still remained as she is. To have her inspiration in teaching, she married Mr. Cris Vincent Dela By now, she consider herself successful because she have already achieved her goals. It does not mean that she never faced any failures but what matters the most she succeeded her desires. Right now, she continues to serve as long as CapSU - Tapaz needs her expertise.
