Mr. Noli Funa Santural was born on July 1989, he is now 29 years old and describes himself as "single but not available". He graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion last 2012, and took educational units at the said College. Before beginning his journey at CapSU Tapaz, he previously worked as a Statistical Researcher and Map Data Collector at National Statistics Office/Philippine Statistical Authority for two years. He also spent four years teaching the subject Information, Communication Technology at Saint Martin Academy Inc., Poblacion, Dumalag, Capiz in both Elementary and High School. He started working at CapSU Tapaz last May 2018 as Clerk and is incharge of the university's supply office. Not only is he a person with "good looks"as some of the students say, he is also born with intelligence therefore acquiring his eligibilities as LET Passer for Secondary Education-Mathematics, Civil Service-Professional title holder and TMC (Trainer's Methodology Certificate) holder for Computer System Servicing.
